Terms

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms cover two things: using this website, and a short summary of how our fixed-price projects work. KreativeTab is based in Derby, UK. You can contact us at hello@kreativetab.com.

Part 1: Using this website

Accepting these terms. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on the site. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not a binding offer. Prices and package contents on the pricing page can change. The price that applies to your project is the one in your written quote.

Showcase builds. Projects marked "Showcase build" were designed and built by KreativeTab to show what we can create. The businesses and brand names in them were created by us for these showcases.

Intellectual property. Unless stated otherwise, the content, design and code of this website belong to KreativeTab. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, or sending spam through the contact form.

Links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of websites we link to.

Availability. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove it at any time.

Your data. How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Part 2: How our fixed-price projects work

This is a summary. Each project is confirmed in a written quote and scope, and that document takes priority if anything differs.

Quotes and scope. Before we start, you get a written quote and scope that set out what is included, the price and the expected turnaround. Anything outside the scope is priced and agreed with you first.

Payment. One-off projects are paid as a 50% deposit to book your slot and 50% on launch, before final files are handed over. Care plans are billed monthly in advance, with no minimum term, and you can cancel before the next billing date. Third-party costs, such as domains, paid tools, printing, or Apple and Google developer fees, are paid by you unless the quote says otherwise.

Revisions. Each package includes the number of revision rounds shown on the pricing page. One round means one combined list of changes. Extra rounds are £75 each.

Your part. Turnaround times assume you send content, feedback and access in good time. Delays on your side may move the launch date.

Ownership. When you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you, including code, designs and content, and your accounts stay in your name. Until then, the work stays ours. Third-party items, such as fonts, stock images, plugins and open-source libraries, remain under their own licences. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Bug fixes. Web and mobile app projects include 30 days of bug fixes after launch. These fixes cover the agreed scope, not new features.

Cancelling. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point. If you are a consumer rather than a business, you may also have a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you pay for the work done before you cancel.

Liability. We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, or for problems caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in your quote apply to your project.
